Team Canada Goes To The World Cup For The First Time Since 1986

Hello football fans.

There was no club football this week, however, there was a huge match involving the Canadian men's team.

Canada defeated Jamaica last Sunday 4-0 to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.  It is the first World Cup qualification since 1986.

Canada goes to the World Cup for the first time in 36 years.

Inter Milan has signed Marcelo Brozovic to a contract that runs through until 2026.

Barcelona has signed Ruphinha to a five-year contract.

Ugly Incident In Germany

Hello football fans.

Unfortunately, I start this week's entry with a really disgusting incident that happened in Germany last Friday.

The Bochum/Gladbach match was abandoned because a fan pelted a linesman with a cup of beer.
