Two Managers Get Sacked

Hello football fans.

Two managers were sacked this week, plus Chelsea's Hakim Ziyech scored a magnificent goal against Tottenham on Sunday.

After a poor performance at the African Cup Of Nations, (AFCON), Ghana sacked manager,  Milovan Rajevac.

Watford sacked manager, Claudio Ranieri and replaced him with Roy Hodgson.

Watford is in the bottom three in the English Premier League table.

I have some sad news.

Former Napoli manager, Gianni Di Marzio has passed away at age 82.

Bielefeld  defeated Frankfurt 2-0.

Benitez Gets Sacked, Wild End In Leicester

Hello football fans.

It was a wild finished in Leicester yesterday, but first, this week's headlines.

Everton sacked manager,  Rafa Benitez this week.

I have some sad news.

Real Madrid legend, Paco Gento, passed away this week at the age of 88.

Aston Villa has signed Lucas Digne to a 2.5 million pound contract.

Newcastle has signed Chris Wood to a two and a half year contract reportedly worth 25 million pounds.

The Match Of The Week goes to Leicester City versus Tottenham.

Tottenham rallied back in stoppage time yesterday to defeat Leicester 3-2.

Aston Villa and Manchester United played to a 2-2 draw.

Bundesliga

Dortmund trounced Freiburg 5-1.

Leverkusen defeated Gladbach 2-1.

Serie A

Roma defeated Cagliari 1-0.

Inter Milan and Atalanta played to a 0-0 draw.

Dortmund Makes Big Comeback To Win

Hello football fans.

I'm back after a two week absence.  Hope you all had a good holiday.

The transfer window is now open, however, there hasn't been any significant action recently.

I do have some results from this past week.

Bundesliga


The Match Of The Week goes to Dortmund versus Frankfurt.

Dortmund rallied back from a 2-0 deficit to defeat Frankfurt 3-2.

Gladbach upset Bayern Munich 2-1.

Serie A

Juventus and Napoli played to a 1-1 draw.

Inter Milan defeated Lazio 2-1.
