Arsenal Hires Manager, Son Gets Suspended

Hello football fans.

This week, a prominent English Premier League player was suspended and Arsenal hired a new manager.

Chelsea defeated Tottenham in a rather ugly match 2-0.

Tottenham's Heung-Min Son received a red card in the match.

Son was suspended for three matches.

Liverpool is first with 49 points, Leicester City is second with 39 points, Manchester City is third with 38 points and Chelsea is fourth with 32 points.

Watford is last.

The upset of the week goes to Hoffenheim versus Dortmund.

Leipzig is first with 37 points, Monchengladbach is second with 35 points, Bayern Munich is third with 33 points, and Dortmund is fourth with 30 points.

Paderborn is last.

In Serie A, Atalanta defeated AC Milan 5-0.

Inter Milan is first with 42 points, Juventus is second with 42 points, Lazio is third with 36 points, and Roma is fourth with 35 points.

Genoa is last.

Milner Signs New Contract, Upset In Bundesliga

Hello football fans.

There were two upsets this week.  First, though, I have a signing to report.

James Milner signed a new contract with Liverpool that runs until 2022.

Speaking of Liverpool, the team defeated Watford 3-0.

Bournemouth upset Chelsea 1-0.

Liverpool is first in the English Premier League with 49 points, Leicester City is second with 39 points, Manchester City is third with 35 points, and Chelsea is fourth with 29 points.

Watford is last.

The upset of the week took place in Bundesliga.

Wolfsburg defeated first place Monchengladbach 2-1.

Bayern Munich defeated Bremen 6-1 and Dortmund defeated Mainz 4-0.

Leipzig takes over first with 33 points, Monchengladbach drops to second with 31 points, Dortmund is third with 29 points, and Schalke is fourth with 28 points.

Paderborn is last.

In Serie A., Inter Milan is first with 39 points, Juventus is second with 39 points, Lazio is third with 36 points, and Roma is fourth with 32 points.

SPAL is last.

Napoli Sacks Manager

Hello football fans.

There was another sacking this week.

This time it was in Italy's Serie A league.

Napoli fired their manager, Carlo Ancelotti and hired Gennaro Gattuso to take his place.

Also, Leicester City signed their manager, Brendan Rodgers to a contract that runs until 2025.

Before I get to the league stuff, I got two scores from the UEFA Champions League.


Inter Milan is officially eliminated from the Champions League after losing to Barcelona 2-1 on Tuesday.

Dortmund moves on.

Juventus defeated Leverkusen 2-0 yesterday.

There was a huge derby in the English Premier League last weekend.

It was the Manchester Derby.

Manchester United defeated Manchester City 2-1.

Tottenham hammered Burnley 5-0.

Bournemouth lost again.

Liverpool defeated Bournemouth 3-0.

Liverpool is in first place in the EPL. with 46 points, Leicester City is second with 38 points, Manchester City is third with 32 points, and Chelsea is fourth with 29 points.

Watford is still last.

In Bundesliga, Dortmund swamped Dusseldorf 5-0 and Monchengladbach defeated Bayern Munich 2-1.

Monchengladbach is first with 31 points, Leipzig is second with 30 points, Dortmund is third with 26 points, and Schalke is fourth with 25 points.

Cologne is now last.

In Serie A, Inter Milan is back on top with 38 points, Juventus drops to second with 36 points, Lazio is third with 33 points, and Cagliari is fourth with 29 points.

SPAL takes over last place.

Two English Premier League Managers Get Sack.

Hello football fans.

I have quite a bit of results from the English Premier League this week.

First, however, there were two sackings in the EPL.

The biggest sacking was in Arsenal this week.

After going seven games without a win, Arsenal sacked manager, Unai Emery.

In other football news, Barcelona's Ousmane Dembele is out 10 weeks with a thigh injury.

Liverpool's Fabinho is out until 2020 with ankle ligament damage.

It was not a good week for Bournemouth.

On the weekend the team lost to Tottenham 3-2.

Tottenham's Alli scored two goals and Son had two assists.

Harry Wilson scored two goals for Bournemouth.

Things got worse for Bournemouth.

The team lost 1-0 to Crystal Palace in their mid-week match.

Crystal Palace was playing with just 10 men.

Tottenham suffered their first loss this week under Jose Mourinho.

Manchester United defeated the Spurs 2-1.

West Ham United upset Chelsea on the weekend 1-0.

Liverpool won again.

Liverpool defeated Brighton 2-1.

Manchester City had no problems with Burnley.

City won 4-1and Gabriel Jesus scored two goals.

Liverpool is first with 43 points, Leicester City is second with 35 points, Manchester City is third with 32 points, and Chelsea is fourth with 29 points.

Watford is last.

In Bundesliga, Monchengladbach defeated Freiburg 4-2 and Mainz defeated Frankfurt 2-1.

Monchengladbach is first with 28 points, Leipzig is second with 27 points, Schalke is third with 25 points, and Bayern Munich is fourth with 24 points.

NOTE: The match to watch this weekend is Monchengladbach versus Bayern Munich.

Paderborn is last.

In Serie A Juventus and Sassuolo played to a 2-2 draw.

Inter Milan is back on top with 37 points, Juventus is second with 36 points, Lazio is third with 30 points, and Cagliari is fourth with 28 points.

Brescia is last.




Finally, I have two results from last Thursday's Europa League.

Feyenoord and Rangers played to a 2-2 draw.

Alfredo Morelos scored two goals for Rangers.

Frankfurt defeated Arsenal 2-1.  Kamado scored both goals for Frankfurt.
